For my part, I received this email 8 hours after I got my certification. So patience:)
Check on The PearsonVue website
Go to the home page and log in with your PearsonView account:
Go to "Exam History"
And here's the result!!!
Check on cisco's website
Arrivals on the home page, two possibilities are open to you,
– Don't have a CISCO account?
– Do you have a CISCO account?
You'll understand, I'm not going to do a "Create an account on a website" tuto. so it's up to you to play 🙂

Okay, I cheated a little, because I didn't want to show you my naughty head that I had on the day of the exam!
On this page, check all the information about you!
– Email address;
– Postal address;
– Phone number.
Then we'll see where you stand in terms of your certifications by going to the Progress Certification section.
There you go! Your great progress chart in the various CISCO certifications!
So why do you have several when you've just passed the CCNA?
Let's take the example of CCNA Security. To get it, you have to have the CCNA S -CCNA Security.
CISCO considers that you already have 50% of the certification even if you are not interested!

My example: I have my CCNA and I have just passed my CCNP SWITCH.
Below, we can see the completion of this exam as well as the extension of my CCNA.

Your PDF certification
You will receive an email from CISCO 10 days after your exam is passed to provide you with your certification.
Your Paper Certification
You will receive in your mailbox a nice envelope in A4 format from CISCO.
Inside you will find a cardboard pouch as well as your certification in paper format.

Your CCLAIM badge
CISCO goes through the Cclaim website to prevent anyone from claiming to certify CISCO.
